Shipping
We have two shipping methods: air cargo or international delivery(DHL, FEDEX and EMS).
Air cargo is cheaper, faster and safer. we recommend you to choose air cargo expecially for your order is over USD 5000. It normally takes 2-5 days, even just several hours to arrive if there is a directline.The disadvantage of the air cargo is that you need to clear the Customs and pick up the cargoes at your airport OR you can ask a local agent to handle for you.
International delivery, usually it is expensive than air cargo but can be shipped door to door. It usually take about 5-15 days to arrive.

Payment
We have two payment methods: bank account and Paypal account.
Please arrange the payment before plants air dry.
Please arrange the payment after gets our confirmation by sending us the email or messages.
Package
All plants are PACKAGED WITH CARE at our farm by our succulent shipment specialists. We ship plants dry to keep them relaxed and rot-free— once they are in their new home, you can treat them to a good drink. We take great care and hand-pack all orders to ensure you receive only the healthiest, happiest plants.
Order Processing
We ship Monday to Saturday. Please allow us 1 to 2 business days to prepare the plants and 5 to 7 business days to air dry the plants, and then shipping.
Refund policy
Colour and size may have a slight variation since it has undergone air drying process and long transit. Some leaves might be dried out because that is where the plants get to drink for being uprooted. Mushy and falling off leaves are also be expected for these are normal reactions of the plants adjusting to its new environment.
Excluding the above situations, Within THREE days after receiving the plants, please kindly provide us photos and vedioes of the condition of your damaged or rotten succulents plants, we will compensate at the next order.
Courier mishanding, delays, and black spots or fungal damage due to extreme weather conditions are way beyond out control.
